Lanikai Serene Beach Bungalow

At Lanikai on Oʻahu, Patina remodeled the kitchen and bathrooms of a coastal bungalow while improving the relationship between new spaces and existing architectural features. The work extended through the lower floor, creating a more cohesive arrangement of finishes and details.

Custom blue countertops and aqua-toned materials reference the ocean outside. Tilework and timber detailing bring texture to the redesigned spaces, while decorative fixtures from Italy, provided by the client, contribute a personal layer to the lighting scheme.

The project pairs practical kitchen and bath planning with a measured response to the bungalow's coastal setting.
