Meditation Guest House

For a guest house in Bellevue, Washington, Patina developed a contemporary interior centered on the homeowner's interest in meditation and personal collections. The design needed to support quiet reflection while remaining practical for everyday use.

The bathrooms received a restrained update. In the meditation area, custom doors from Indonesia are suspended to create a more enclosed setting, while carpet inset into the wood floor provides a softer surface. Collected objects reflect the homeowner's travels and contribute a personal character to the space.

The project brings together custom detailing, material selection and a clear functional purpose within a compact residential retreat.
